Who does not love pasta? Right, we’re all in, so come along and let’s begin: First heat a bit of oil in a saucepan for frying the onions, vegan sausage and apples.
If you prefer oil-free cooking, use vegetable broth instead. Do this for around 8 minutes until the ingredients are slightly browned. Set aside.
Now in the same saucepan make the Carbonara Sauce according the directions. When finished with that, add the sausage-apple-onion mix and pasta to the pan and let simmer for 5 extra minutes.
