Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz smoked tofu, cut into cubes
  • 2 Tbs sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 oz asparagus tips
  • 4 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • Stir Fry Sauce
  • salt, pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. First heat a skillet with sesame oil. Add garlic and fry for 2 minutes on medium heat.
  2. After that add tofu cubes, asparagus, mushrooms, and stir fry sauce. Fry for another 10 minutes.
  3. Serve on plates or bowls and enjoy.
