This Broccoli Rice is easy to make from simple ingredients and fast to prepare. Super versatile, this low carb rice will be a staple for many dishes in your household. Naturally vegan and so satisfying in taste and texture.



  • 3 small heads broccoli, cut into florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • salt, pepper to taste


  1. Give the broccoli florets into a food processor. Pulse until you have a rice like texture or your desired texture.
  2. If your broccoli was wet, drain the rice using a colander or cheesecloth until any excess liquid is removed.
  3. Next heat oil in a pan. Add broccoli rice season with garlic, salt and pepper. Fry for around 5 minutes, then serve in bowls or on plates.
