Description

This Chimichurri Sauce is easy to make with simple ingredients. Satisfying, versatile and delicious from the first to the last spoon. A 5 minute recipe that even the pickiest kids will eat. Naturally vegan, a keeper that everyone can count on.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red vinegar
  • 4 big cloves garlic
  • 1 heaping cup parsley,  chopped
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 red chilis, seeded and chopped
  • salt, pepper to taste
Optional add ons:
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Add olive oil, parsley, oregano, garlic, chilis, vinegar and optional onions and smoked paprika to the bowl of a food processor or blender. Season with salt and pepper then blend until everything is well combined.
