Enjoy homemade freshness with my Garlic Butter Avocado Bread. For all who love a moist, vegan, gluten free bread, made with avocados, lots of garlic and cacao butter for the ultimate butter flavor.



  • 3 cups gf flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup cacao butter
  • 1 1/4 cup water divided
  • 7 cloves garlic
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts on top
  • Salt, pepper to taste


  1. Heat a small sauce pan with cacao butter, and fry the garlic for around 5 minutes. Now hop over to a blender and combine avocados, garlic and the rest of the molten cacao butter from the pan. Add 1/4 cup of water blend until really smooth and creamy, then season with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine all the other ingredients (except for the pine nuts) with the remaining 1 cup of water in a bowl and mix well with a spatula. Put the dough into a loaf pan prepared with parchment paper or use a bit of coconut oil to grease it. Sprinkle with pine nuts on top and press carefully down. Cover with a aluminium foil. This is important otherwise the pine nuts will burn, and we don’t want that to happen. Now bake at 400°F for 60 minutes.
