  • 1 heaping cup vegan butter at room temperature
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1  cup parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt, pepper to taste


  1. In a bowl combine vegan butter, parsley, garlic, garlic powder, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix with a spatula until well incorporated and mixed.
  2. Alternatively: use a food processor: again combine all ingredients, and season with salt and pepper. Use the pulse button in the manual setting, to combine all carefully. Otherwise it might be too much using a prefixed setting in your machine.
