These Garlic Mashed Potatoes are super easy to make, vegan, and the ultimate comfort for the whole family. I make these for lunch or dinner, and they will certainly be on my holiday table for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Do the same and wow everyone – these are seriously the best.

  • 4 lbs potatoes
  • 4 Tbs vegan butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbs garlic powder

  1. Peel and wash your potatoes. Cover them in a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Cook them for at least 20 minutes, then check if they are done. If not, extend cooking time.
  2. When they are soft, rinse and add the potatoes back to the same pot. Use a potato masher to pre-mash. Add garlic, olive oil, oat milk, and vegan butter. Season with salt and pepper, plus the optional garlic powder. Mash finely with a potato masher, or alternatively use a hand blender.
  3. Serve on plates or bowls.
