Description

This Green Goddess Dressing is super easy to make with simple ingredients that you might already store in your fridge. Packed with flavors it is ready in under 5 minutes and all you need is a blender or food processor. No one would tell it is entirely vegan.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 1 cup vegan mayo
  • 2 cups mixed herbs (I used dill, basil and chives)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbs vinegar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • salt, pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Simply combine tahini, vegan mayo, vinegar, mixed herbs, water, and garlic in a blender or food processor. Season with salt and pepper and blend until smooth and creamy.
