Today, just a quick note: My Vegan Easter Menu Special is a big Thank You to all my friends and followers. It is a small eBook(let) available at Contentedness Cooking’s Facebook page. I have created specifically for this Easter weekend a 3 course menu: A “Stunning Easter Salad” with a Macadamia-Pomegranate Dressing and smoked tofu strips as appetizer, followed by “Bulgur-stuffed Bell Pepper” as a main course.
