Description

This White Wine Pasta Sauce is made for your simple dinner ideas and ready in under 10 minutes. No one would ever guess this is a vegan sauce full of amazing flavors from minced garlic, oat cream, and nutritional yeast as main ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white wine
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 7 oz oat cream
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbs Nutritional yeast
  • salt, pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. First in sauce pan, heat a bit of oil, vegan butter, or vegetable broth if you’re into oil free cooking. Now add minced garlic and fry for around 3 minutes.
  2. Slowly add oat cream, white wine, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Cook everything for around 5 minutes and you are done.
