I’m a big fan of sauces – food would be so bland without them.

This is why I often talk about flavor boosters like this Wing Sauce, the Tikka Masala Sauce, my Fry Sauce, or the Awesome Sauce.

What I find so exciting about these is how they make cooking easier for all of us. No special skills required, nor a lot of time. And in the end, the flavor is all in there. Think about how pasta, rice, veggies, bread, basically everything will become interesting and flavorful with the right sauce.

Which sauces are used for burgers

You can use the classics like ketchup, mayo, or mustard.

But to be honest, at some point it just gets boring if one cannot have some tasty variation.

So I was really looking for a burger sauce that excites me! And this recipe is the result I can always count on, so yummy. I even tried on my burgers and skip other sauces, big time with my Vegan Lentil Burger or the Vegan Buffalo Burger.

Adding the spice mix to the vegan mayo.
