What you need for this Hamburger Casserole recipe

First you need a 8×11 casserole dish. Feel free to use a larger casserole but keep in mind that you will need to use more quantities of the ingredients:

  • leftover pasta
  • tomato sauce
  • olive oil
  • vegan ground beef

 

  • onions
  • garlic
  • chili powder
  • vegan cheddar

Precooked pasta is mixed with the tomato sauce.

How to make Hamburger Casserole

First preheat oven to 400°F and set your 8×11 inch casserole ready.

Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and onions and fry for around 2 minutes. Give vegan ground beef to the pan and fry for 2 minutes more until browned.

Mix in the pasta sauce and chili powder, season with salt and pepper. Add pasta and combine.

Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with vegan cheddar. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve on plates or in bowls, enjoy.

  • 3 cups leftover pasta, cooked, (use gf, if needed)
  • 22 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 15 oz vegan ground beef
  • 1 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 oz vegan cheddar, shredded
  • salt, pepper to taste

Instructions

This looks very good! I'm going to add this into my dinner rotation to try out. I am curious though where the Cholestrol comes from? Because doesn't it only come from animals & humans?
