How to make Potato Chip Dip
In a bowl simply combine vegan sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, scallions, garlic, onion powder, parsley, chives, dill season with a pinch salt and pepper.
Mix everything together until The Potato Chip Dip reaches a homogenous and creamy texture.
Serve immediately or put it in the freezer for later.
You can store leftovers for around 8 days with a lid on top.
Tips and variations
Need a spicy flavor? Add a couple of dashes hot sauce, jalapenos or chilis.
This is a great dip for make ahead, because you can easily make double or triple batches which I think is great to plan in advance.
