What you need for this Chicken Caesar Wraps
Vegan chicken and bacon bites give the filling flavor and an amazing texture. Also the smoky flavor from bacon bites adds a lot of flavor which is seriously so good.
For the choice of wraps, just pick what you like and want. Keep in mind that smaller wraps will need less filling and bigger ones more filling.
As the salad, I go with romaine lettuce, but you can also use iceberg if you want.
Croutons: Any croutons will be great here. You can buy your favorite or make them at home.
Dairy free parmesan: Who does not love Parmesan? It adds so much delicious cheesy flavor and for that you can use your favorite or make my homemade version: Vegan Parmesan Cheese.
Caesar Dressing: As you can see above I leave you a link to that. It has lots and lots great flavors and is really easy to make. You can of course use any dressing that you like, yet I only tested the Chicken Caesar Wraps with my dressing.
How to make Chicken Caesar Wraps
Making Chicken Caesar Wraps basically needs two steps: first making a Caesar Salad, and then filling and rolling up wraps.
To start, you need to cook bacon and chicken.
Into a skillet heat 2 tsp olive oil. After you add chicken and bacon, cook both for around 3 minutes. This requires your chicken being cut in small cubes.
Next, transfer the chicken and bacon to a large mixing bowl. Add in the romaine lettuce, dressing, croutons, and parmesan. Mix everything well together.
Now, finally make the wraps:
Place about 3 Tbs of the salad mixture on the a wrap and simply roll it up.
Serve straightforward or store in the fridge for later.
Leftover Chicken Caesar Wraps
Leftovers are amazing for 3 days.
These are also delicious besides from lunch and dinner for breakfast.
You can easily make a double batch for meal prep. To reheat you can do that for 15 to 30 seconds in the microwave, but these are really delicious cold.

- 6 oz vegan chicken, cut in cubes
- 1/2 cup bacon bites
- Caesar dressing
- 1.5 cups Romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup croutons
- 1/3 cup dairy free parmesan
