Ranch Dressing

This Ranch Dressing is ready in under 5 minutes, creamy, flavorful and so satisfying. This vegan ranch is made with pickled juice which makes all the difference and adds an amazing tanginess. With three different herbs: chives, parsley and dill for the best flavor. Even picky eaters will enjoy this on any salad, it will devoured in no time.

Let’s get real, friends, Ranch is a staple that is seriously delicious.

Because it is incredibly versatile as you could see in my Ranch Dip. You know a dressing is essential, therefore that is what for me makes a salad standout like this Italian Dressing, my Catalina Dressing, or the Green Goddess Dressing.

So we need more ranch right? Oh yes, and here it is my Ranch Dressing.

Why this is the best Ranch Dressing

First of all, it is so easy to make, yet the result is perfect. A keeper and so impressive you will be proud of yourself.

Makes any salad complete, even plain cucumber salad.

You only need to invest very little time, but you get the perfect taste.

What you need for this Ranch Dressing recipe

  • Vegan mayo
  • Pickled juice
  • Oat milk
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Dried parsley, dill, and chives

How to make Ranch Dressing

In a bowl combine vegan mayo, pickled juice, garlic, onion powder, dried parsley, dill, chives, oat milk.

Stir with a wire whisk until everything is well mixed, then season with a pinch  of salt and pepper. 

Store the Ranch Dressing in a dressing jar in the fridge. It will last for around 9 days.

Tips and tricks

I used oat milk for this recipe as I find that it really has the closest taste and texture to whole milk.

Of course you can also use almond or soy milk, but it will not give the same result.

For a bit of heat you could also add a splash of hot sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp vegan mayo
  • 1/4 cup pickled juice
  • 1/3 cup oat milk
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp parsley, dried
  • 1 tsp dill, dried
  • 1 tsp chives, dried
  • salt, pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine vegan mayo, pickled juice, garlic, onion powder, dried parsley, dill, chives, oat milk.
  2. Stir with a wire whisk until everything is well mixed, then season with a pinch  of salt and pepper.

Hi! Want to make sure when u say pickled juice .... does that mean just dill pickle juice?

I enjoy your recipes so much! I made this dressing but it is super runny. Do you have a suggestion as to how to thicken it up a bit without losing its taste?
