I tell you that these are also excellent breakfast sausage patties, as well as great as leftovers. Easy to reheat or freeze them.

But, friends that isn’t everything what is really great about them:

Straightforward, delicious and so easy.

Ingredients for the Sausage Patties are collected on a board.

How to cook perfect sausage patties

The key is to turn your patties from time to time. It only takes just 10 minutes to cook them properly.
Make sure the oil in your pan is hot. Like this, you can cook your patties more evenly.

Why do my sausage patties fall apart?

Make sure to use a binding agent. I use Panko bread crumbs like I do in my Hamburger Steaks, Tuna Patties, Potato Cheese Balls, or Salisbury Steak. Everything can hold the texture and shape properly and won’t fall apart.

What you need for this Sausage Patties recipe

Vegan ground beef: I like to use this for a meaty and hearty texture. Makes them so delicious, because you have each bite juicy and tender.

You can use any oil, but I find olive oil adds so much savory and great flavor to our patties.

I use Panko bread crumbs and these make sure to hold the texture of the patties so they won’t fall apart. Also they add a really nice and great texture.

Seasonings: I use fresh garlic, but garlic powder can also be used. Along with smoked paprika, dried parsley, onion powder, crushed pepper you know these are the best Sausage Patties you can ask for.

Tips and tricks

Leftovers are great for 3 days. Store them in the fridge.

To freeze: cool the patties off properly and make individual portions in containers. This will be great for around 3 months.

You can also try to make different shapes, smaller or bigger from the mixture. More like burgers, sausages with everything most in life, it is a matter of preferences.
