Pretty sure you know peppercorn, diane, Chimichurri Sauce, or Marsala Sauce. But I tell you, if you are looking for the best steak sauce recipe look no further because here it is!

This Steak Sauce is such an amazing buttery and creamy sauce that tastes so good, but is so easy to make with such little effort.

What makes this sauce so outstanding are definitely the fresh flavors coming from parsley and chives which bring it up to another level.

If you know me a bit, you can tell I always have a soft spot for cream cheese in sauces like in my Creamy Mac and Cheese. In my gusto that creamy texture isn’t comparable to anything other – just so great.

These are the steak sauce ingredients that make seriously the best steak sauce in no time: Precisely every single day and time you can make it easily at home.

How to make Steak Sauce

In a saucepan, heat butter. When hot, give in the pressed garlic and minced shallots. Cook them for around 2 minutes.

Next, mix in the cream cheese, milk, mustard,  sugar, vegan parmesan. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and warm on low heat.

Remove from heat, then add finely chopped parsley and chives.

What to do with leftovers

Leftovers of the Steak Sauce can be used for 4 days, but keep in mind to reheat the sauce in the microwave or stove on medium heat.

This is needed, because the butter in the sauce will harden up if refrigerated so it needs to reheat, but slowly.
