My new Banana Bread Brownies are so easy and delicious. Perfect way to satisfy your chocolate craving, but yet so healthy that you even really can eat these for breakfast. Vegan, gluten free, only 6 ingredients, and oil free, made with bananas and Teff flour.
I bet everyone has chocolate cravings from time to time. One of the best ways to satisfy my sweet tooth is having some yummy brownies. And you can already find a lot of amazing recipe ideas for brownies here like my

Let me promise you that these Banana Bread Brownies are chocolate lover approved, made for sharing, delicious as breakfast, or dessert, super easy, satisfying, mouthwatering, healthy and my new to go Brownie.
Shall we start? Any Brownie cravings? I see, you’re in, so we won’t waste any time. First we need a bowl to let the fun begin: mash your bananas with a fork or potato masher.
Then add all the other ingredients except for the chopped chocolate to that bowl and mix with a spatula. Don’t overmix!
Put the dough into a baking dish prepared with parchment paper. You can also grease the baking dish with some coconut oil. Sprinkle the chopped chocolate over it and bake for around 25 minutes at 410°F. After baking let cool a bit or enjoy warm, just up to you.
Special hint, if you want to use a food processor or blender to make these Brownies: just add the bananas first and pulse until smooth.
Then add the other ingredients, except chopped chocolate and pulse the dough a few more times until combined. Yes this way you don’t need a bowl.
These are really simple to make and of course you will never get bored of making these. As a just told you, you can use a bowl and mash by hand or use your blender or food processor here.
Just choose what you prefer, anything goes and will work. Everyone can make this, and with only 6 ingredients that you might have already in your cupboard and just in 2 easy steps.
I think these are really the best and easiest brownies and the taste is even better: so rich and chocolatety, full of healthy ingredients, like bananas, raw cacao.
Really cool is you don’t need any oil here.
Instead the bananas really do the trick. They add a lot of richness to the brownies, so no need for extra oil here.
I use raw cacao powder here. If you wonder why, when we’re going to be baking anyway? The reason is clear: some cacao powders are processed, contain preservatives, and might additives to make up volume.
Raw cacao is all natural so you can be sure. It’s just cool and amazing for you.
But it’s totally up to you. Regular cacao powder will work perfectly of course, so just take what you’re up to.
You can bring these Banana Bread Brownies to potlucks, get togethers, or other fun activities. I mean who doesn’t love a good Brownie? I don’t know anyone!
But we’re not done here, you can enjoy these for breakfast. I would say these are totally crave-able, after or before a workout.
