This Creamy Mushroom Pasta is the ultimate comfort food and so easy to make with simple ingredients that you might already have in your fridge. It’s one of those 15 minute meals that everyone will want a second or third plate of. Packed with flavor, hearty, budget friendly this creamy pasta is surely a keeper that you can count on and no one would ever tell it is vegan.



  • 7 oz pasta (use gf, if needed)
  • 3 Tbs vegan butter
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup oat cuisine
  • 1/3 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 batch Vegan Parmesan Cheese (3 ingredients, 1 min)
  • salt, pepper to taste


  1. First heat a pot with water, add a pinch of salt. When the water is boiling, add your pasta and cook it according the manufacturer’s directions.
  2. W​hile the pasta is cooking, heat a skillet or casserole. Add vegan butter and olive oil. When hot, add garlic and mushrooms and fry them for around 2 minutes.
  3. Mix in oat cuisine, white wine, and vegan Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper and cook everything for 5 minutes. Finally mix and add fresh parsley.
  4. Combine with cooked and drained pasta and serve on plates or bowls and enjoy.
