This Healthy Vegan Pizza is made from only 6 ingredients in 2 easy steps. It’s gluten free, full of veggies, topped with my homemade vegan cheese. It will make every pizza lover drool.
- Prepare the dough and the vegan cheese.
- Chop the bell pepper and onion, then spread some BBQ sauce on the dough. Follow this by chickpeas and rest of the veggies, seasoned with salt and pepper,. Top with some spoonfuls of the vegan cheese and bake at 400°F for around 20 minutes.
One serving is 1/2 pizza.
