- 3/4 cup cashews
- salt, pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 10 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 1/4 cup almond milk
- Roast the garlic in a small sauce pan with a little dash of oil or just with a pinch of vegetable broth for an oil free version. While the garlic is roasting, prepare the vegan Parmesan.
- Simply combine roasted garlic, vegan Parmesan, apple cider, almond milk, cashews. Season with salt and pepper, blend until smooth and creamy.!
