Ingredients

  • 3 tbs almond butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp olive olive oil
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 14 oz jar roasted red pepper
  • 2 tbs tomato paste
  • salt, pepper to taste
Optional add ons:
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Combine almond butter, roasted red peppers, garlic, tomato paste, vegetable broth, olive oil, vegetable broth, and optional garlic powder, sun dried tomatoes and smoked paprika.
  2. Finally add a pinch of salt and pepper and run the machine until everything is smooth and creamy.
