This Vegan Parmesan Cheese is such a super easy 1 minute recipe. You only need three simple ingredients: cashews, garlic, and nutritional yeast.   • 1 cup cashews
  • 2 Tbs garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Combine all the ingredients (cashews, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, season with salt) in a blender or food processor.
  2. Process until you have a flour-like texture.
